Kegworth Public School enjoys an active P&C but we are always looking for more support. All parents, carers and friends of Kegworth Public School are encouraged to join the P&C, attend meetings and contribute to the school community in whatever way they can.
The P&C successfully supports and enriches the quality education of our students through: providing significant funding for additional teaching resources and aids

securing funding for additions and improvements to the school and sporting facilities
participating in school decision-making processes
promoting social gatherings
supporting the needs of parents and carers
The P&C promotes parents’ views on school policy issues to the Principal and supports school services that enhance our students’ learning. Fundraising initiatives support specific priorities agreed with the school each year. Other roles for the P&C include supporting the school canteen as well as the school band and string programs.
From 2025, P&C general meetings will be held once a term. They will be held on the Wednesday of week 6 each term.
